I'm afraid the reply's got to be a "sorry, can't help ya" there :-( To be clear - we don't recommend deleting the app because it may not fix the issue but you'll definitely lose data! It does keep some stuff, but you'll lose XP/hiscore related items unless you used itunes to do a backup (this does happen automatically with some setups, so it's worth checking if you have it!). To be clear – we don’t recommend deleting the app because it may not fix the issue but you’ll definitely lose data! It does keep some stuff, but you’ll lose XP/hiscore related items unless you used itunes to do a backup (this does happen automatically with some setups, so it’s worth checking if you have it!).

Things that you should still have:
* cars you bought (you can download them again for free)
* paintworks you bought (you can download them again for free)
* credits (if you’re running a recent version, they’re stored on the server)

Things you’ll lose
* anything you unlocked with xp or score

Sorry about that man! Unfortunately that’s what happens when you delete the app…I hope the new features we’ve added make up for it!

Not only did it not work for longer than a week, my level has been reset to 1. I was at fourteeen and it takes a long time to get up to that level.
